All About Change

Recovery Services

Our Mission

All About Change (AAC) supports the needs of unhoused women and men who have experienced addiction, trauma, homelessness or incarceration. We encourage self-awareness, sobriety, family reunification, respect for self, and communities through unique services and referrals in a safe, warm, and loving environment. This is accomplished by equipping them with the necessary resources and tools to lead productive lives.

We educate our men & women to assume other ways to embody their natural strengths. Through mentorship, every person starts to personalize their story and articulate how AAC offers a chance to reorganize their lives.

Through character development, team building, career planning, financial literacy, and various circumstances, they are encouraged to envision new futures.

What We Do

AAC is dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty, mass incarceration, homelessness, and mental disparities. Our organization closely collaborates with individuals who are part of the reentry population and have been affected by the criminal justice system.

Our aim is to support formerly incarcerated individuals and the homeless population by offering a range of services. These include temporary and permanent housing assistance, mental health services, education on drug and alcohol misuse, parenting skills development, and on-site entrepreneurship opportunities.

At AAC, we take pride in providing a safe and clean living environment at each of our locations.

Jasmine Hooks

Jasmine HooksI was born in Los Angeles, California and although I always knew I did not grow up in the best neighborhood, I have been determined to seek out the best educational opportunities for as long as I can remember.

As a child, I filled out every magnet school program application ever placed in front of me. I graduated from King/Drew Magnet High school and made one of my proudest decisions to attend UCLA.

As first generation college student, I had the privilege of studying Afro-Americans Studies with a concentration in Psychology – this discourse exposed me to a profound history of Africans in America.

Most importantly, it cultivated in me a sense of responsibility to educate my own people. I did just that as a college adviser for high school students for two years.

I obtained my Master’s in Public Administration with a concentration in Urban Management from CSU Fullerton to enhance my understanding of political and administrative structures and their adverse effects on the success of my people.

I currently work in local government so that I can take an active approach to transforming how government affect the most vulnerable communities and so that I can be a living example that Black women leaders exist and can thrive in professional public service.
